Urgent Opportunity: Exam Invigilators Needed

We are currently seeking reliable and committed Exam Invigilators for upcoming exams across London. Please see the details below:

Exam Dates:

• Thursday 15th May
• Friday 23rd May
• Wednesday 4th June
• Friday 6th June
• Wednesday 11th June

Exam Times:

• 8 AM to 1 PM (5 hours per exam)

Pay Rate:

• £13.50 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays

Locations:

• Various locations across London (location details will be provided)

DBS Requirement:

• A DBS check is required to work in an educational setting and must be on the update service.
  • If you do not have an up-to-date DBS, we can help you apply for one.

Commitment Needed:

• You must be available for all listed exam dates.
• Full commitment is essential as no interview is required; simply attend the training and start working on 15th May.

Training:

• Training will be online and scheduled after Easter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the exams to ensure that they are conducted in a fair and orderly manner.
• Check exam papers to ensure the correct ones are being used.
• Ensure compliance with all exam regulations and guidelines.
• Assist students with any necessary requirements in a professional and supportive manner.
• Monitor exam progress and report any irregularities or issues to the exam coordinator.
• Ensure the security of exam materials and that no cheating or misconduct occurs during the exam.
• Help with the setup and packing up of exam materials before and after the exams.
• Support students with additional needs if required, ensuring that accommodations are met.
